You can select one of the predefined templates, either Swimlane or Timeline and you are done! You get a predefined dynamic project, which automatically adjusts initial elements based on the selected timeline.

Select the first template to create an empty project, and populate it with elements of your choice.
In order to use the Smartsheet integration, you need to initially activate it in the Apps page. After connecting your account, you can import your projects into OP3, or export an OP3 project directly with a single click
The duration calculated by Smartsheet removes weekends. If you change the setting to include Saturday / Sunday, then it will change the end date.
For a milestone that has the same start date and end date, it gets a duration of 1 day after exporting to Smartsheet. Therefore it is not shown as milestonee. You have to manually change the duration to 0d for it to show up as a milestone.

You can share a project with other OP3 user, but only one user can edit at a time.
You need credits to create projects and perform imports/exports. Simply buy one of the provided packages and recharge the credits. The credits have a certain amount of expiration time, and after the expiry your account gets reverted to free plan.

When exporting to PowerPoint, you need to make sure your local PowerPoint version supports SVG files. Versions prior to Office 2016 does not support SVG files.
